We prioritise corrections involving safety, health, legal rights, transport, prices, dates, access, business identity and geographical accuracy. We may silently amend minor spelling or formatting errors. Material corrections may receive a note such as “Updated on 1 October 2026 to correct a material factual error.”

We do not change an editorial opinion simply because someone disagrees with it, but we will correct factual support that is wrong or misleading. We may contact the person reporting an issue for clarification. We do not promise a particular response time or outcome.
